• All original tags are attached.

• The item is returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase is provided.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was sent. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or color selection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
